    No, but I'd like to.

Isn't Jonny spelled with an H? As in JoHnny? And shouldn't his name be in all-caps?
    I am extremely serious.

He, he....I pulled that joke ages ago, Timmer, albeit at FSM (I said something to the effect of "funny title there...used to be my nickname!").

Cannot wait for this. I think Greenwood is one of the most misunderstood, but most excellent artists working for film today.

No wonder I could never find this thread with his name spelled wrong! It's Jonny with no H, for the record.

And yes, the available track does sound amazing. I'm also really impressed with the bit of music used for the latest trailer.

I think most people understand the music quite well, but even as a fan of his I wouldn't say that requires them to like it. (Although most people who talk about his music seem to like it.) wink

Going by the music in this trailer, he would be a good choice to compose the 'Cloud Atlas Quintet' that features in CLOUD ATLAS.

Cool; I liked There Will Be Blood.
  4. I'm not suggesting it's a copy by any means, but I think I can guess what the musical reference was for this (great) track:
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r8-R-9EtQ4o

    It's obviously a lot happier: (go to about 3:10 - 4:10)

The latter popped up on ishuffle today and at one point the woodwinds and the harp were doing things I'd now come to associate with THE MASTER. But the timing's about right for TREE OF LIFE to have served as temp.
