I always found Yoda's death scene extremely touching because how they managed to make a piece of plastic die convincingly.
LOL Good point! -

Yup, very good point by DreamTheater. Agree completely.
By the way, I have never asked you this: Are you a fan of Dream Theater, pr. your username?I am extremely serious. -

Favorite character? Well, the obvious choise would be Yoda or Darth Vader - just classic and wonderful characters. BUT on a more personal level, I'm probably gotta go with Bobba Fett. I have a very good childhood memory, of my grandparents giving me a Bobba Fett action figure for Christmas, and I didn't even know what Star Wars was at that time! So you could say that my grandparents introduced me to the SW universe
Also, when I bought the "Attack of the Clones" score, there were some different covers to chose from - and I just HAD to buy the Jango Fett cover, because of my good memories of Boba Fett -

Really? I wasn't aware of this. -

A big scam just to make you buy 4 copies of the same CD. Each different cover had a different 'bonus cue' at the end. -

Haha what's this, I'm a little late in seeing this post... I just forgot totally about this topic. If you still want to know, yes I'm a fan, but I'm a newbie, as I've known the band for about a year and a half now."considering I've seen an enormous debate here about The Amazing Spider-Man and the ones who love it, and the ones who hate it, I feel myself obliged to say: TASTE DIFFERS, DEAL WITH IT" - Thomas G. -

I only see the one bonus cue 'On the Conveyor Belt'.
I have that one. What other cues are you talking about?"considering I've seen an enormous debate here about The Amazing Spider-Man and the ones who love it, and the ones who hate it, I feel myself obliged to say: TASTE DIFFERS, DEAL WITH IT" - Thomas G. -

I sense there's a lot of excitement brewing for Lucas' upcoming live-action Star Wars TV series, however this early publicity shot doesn't exactly fill me with confidence. -

Favourite Star Wars character:
Palpatine.
Best part of the prequels in my opinion. Rarely have I seen such conniving duplicitous manipulators. It was quite a challenge playing him in a LARP!''The mandate, as well as the benefit, of responsibility is the ability to tell when one can afford to be irresponsible.'' - Me -

The Pope?Love Maintitles. It's full of Wanders. -

Yup.
Of course he'd deny it. He'd say. "No. Nooo. Nonononono... NOOOOO!!!!"''The mandate, as well as the benefit, of responsibility is the ability to tell when one can afford to be irresponsible.'' - Me -

Never have I seen such cringing hammy acting than Ian McDiarmid's Palpatine in Revenge of the Sith.
But he is a great character. Pure, no duality to him - just evil. -

Obviously you've never seen Vincent Price in action.
I like McDiarmid's portrayal, both in Jedi and in the prequels.
It completely fits the character, and he makes it work like a charm.'no passion nor excitement here, despite all the notes and musicians' ~ Falkirkbairn -

So I just introduced Star Wars to my 3 year old son yesterday. He loves it! We're not even very far into it, yet, but his favorite character is Darth Vader for sure. From the moment he first saw him, any time he was not on screen my son would ask (over and over), "Where's the bad guy?" Spaceships and robots are some of his favorite things, anyway. How could you go wrong with this? -
