    It isn't.
    I've seen his site before, and UrbanLegends (snopes.com) had quite a discussion on the veracity of his claims.
    However, the only thing that has been finally called into question is the claim that it's all "just" one piece of paper: some of the sculptures simply clearly require some more. But then, I don't think Peter ever claimed that all his sculptures were one-sheet only!
