    nero! won't encode my mpeg2 video and burn it to a damn dvd and returns error instead! damn!

    does anyone know of a good dvd authoring software to propose?

    This has happened to me numerous times. Unfortunately the only thing you can do is leave it to run out of battery power and then turn it on again.

    My laptop going into automatic hibernation if I don't touch it for 30 minutes, even though I have turned hibernation off. Last time it went into hibernation while I was burning a backup of Vista, and it shut down the freaking backup and the DVD was ruined!

    It annoys me too when Windows automatically downloads and installs software, and then it freaking reboots the computer! It's so annoying if you have a download, or some other process, running over night, and then having it shut down because of some random update I'm not the least bit interested in.

    I'm sure these things can be turned of somehow, it just annoys me that you have to be a computer genius to be able to get your own technology to stop bugging the hell out of you.

    Oh! I got it from a friend, and on the front it said "by Hans Zimmer and Nick Glennie Smith" so I thought maybe Nick just wrote extras...

    But it's great anyway! Kudos to NGS smile

    And BTW I cannot tell you how annoyed I am that they didn't release Nick's score for Lion King 2! As if the treatment they gave to the first movie's score wasn't bad enough!! angry

    Coming back to the topic... you know what's annoying me most right now? This confounded IE6!!! Almost every page I load has an error opening and then I can't click on any images with links, due to which I cannot even post on certain websites.

    So frustrating!!! crazy
