Although this is an "Astronomy Picture of The Day" it's also interesting in the sense that this photo looks different depending on how you think about it!!

It's a photo from the International Space Station of Hurricane Ivan (2004). Impressive enough.
But now try to see the solar panels as outlines of skyscrapers and you're looking up from street level past the buildings and into the sky.
