This is probably my favorite MCU theme because its one of the few themes out of the whole MCU that I actually remember. When I first saw Winter Soldier it just stuck with me ever since. Also helps that Winter Soldier is one of my favorite Marvel movies too. https://youtu.be/jMy5H0UNkeM -

Well, I did find several MCU themes catchy as hell, but they could have done a lot more to be consistent throughout. The Tyler phase was a good start, but lead to nothing in the end. Some of the most catchy themes for me are the Avengers theme, of course, Iron Man 3, and Tyler's Marvel Fanfare.
That said, the track you mention is by far the most emotionally successful track for me. It elevated the movie experience in a way I've already described several times on this board. Let's just say I find it haunting in a way that fits to current political and ecological problems as well. -

I will always wonder why Jackman opted not to continue using his Winter Soldier Cap theme and instead wrote one that's kinda similar, but much less memorable, for Civil War. -

Synthesis of two Caps. After the fallout of Winter Soldier and the destruction of the original SHIELD surveillance ideas, Cap has retained his core values and could become the beacon of hope again. In Civil War, what Captain America stands for at that moment, there is no need for that kind of underlying tragedy and doubt. The conflict that happens in the story of Civil War while has its own internal tragedy stems partly from the differences between the moral compasses of Steve Rogers and Tony Stark.
The minor-key theme for Cap in Winter Soldier adds a sense of tragedy to his "fish out of water" feeling (used comedically in the first Avengers, in Winter Soldier it's played for very serious drama). Turning it Silvestrian in Civil War brings his arc full circle

Eh. I get it, but I think the execution was pretty lame. Jackman should have either continued developing his own theme or gone back to Silvestri's, but not write an unnecessary third that's like a combination of both but worse. -
