Those bootlegs are absolutely amazing. I collect everything they release. I swear they're better-looking than some commercial releases. And nowadays they somehow squeeze almost 90 minutes on a single CD. No idea how they do it.

  1. I just got my first soundtrack in months. It was The Mission (finally) and I got it for $.55. The budget's been a little tight lately. Anyway, it was a glorious first listen. So many wonderful tracks on that one.

That is correct, Timmer. And I am most displeased with your apparent lack of progress...

    AAAAAARGH!!!

I've managed to save up about $30 for this set so far, but I still have a LOOOOONG way to go before I can afford it. And then it already pops up in people's mailboxes. You don't often see me possess this "fanboy impatience" thing that I often criticize myself, but I think this is an exception to the rule. Damn those pesky essential expenses like rent and food!

    Franz,
If you're still looking for this then check out ebay. There's a copy on sale but a little pricey ($30)

A little pricey indeed. Most of the times a German ebayer is selling a copy and if you're lucky for a much lower price.

    Got Preisner Effroyables Jardins today.

  2. At last!

    Chaos - Trevor Jones

I've been waiting for Amazon.co.uk's mp3 downloads store to "go live" here in the UK so that I could get this. Really enjoying that urban sound (tinged with Jones' own sound).

I'm quite happy with the DRM-free 256kbps mp3s and the whole experience is a bit more user-friendly than both Tesco's and HMV's download stores.
