    They are not 100% orchestral.

    Great scores though.

Not sure if you would call it "His last great fully orchestral score."

I've always strongly believed that The Mummy is the superior score from Goldsmith's output in '99. I actually think that was his last truly great score!

perhaps, but I think Timeline (rejected) holds one of his most awesome longest tracks of the last 10 years

You're talking about the Varese release? The bootleg divides the tracks.

I think Mulan was his last truly great score. So there! (Though it has to be said - in the words of Ernst Happel - that The Mummy rocks!)

I think I may be the only person who likes Ben Affleck (especially in Dogma). sad I thought he played a pretty good young Jack Ryan in The Sum Of All Fears. Not as good as Adam Baldwin's or indeed Harrison Ford's stints as Jack Ryan, but I still liked Affleck in that movie.

Again, which actors do you actually like? I've rarely seen you praise an actor (or at least to my recollection, you know how forums tend to make you remember the negative more than the positive!?) dizzy

Well yes, if it wasn't for The Mummy I'd fully endorse this opinion. But then he composed The Mummy after Mulan, so... I suppose I can't.
  8. It seems they're the recording sessions. 39 tracks, I think.

I don't necessarily like Ben Affleck, but I love that movie and its score. I'd really love a complete release of this. Great action cues missed off the CD like the FBI breakout near the beginning and when Affleck and The Bride are breaking back into Two Face's lab.
