    I was actually part of the rave scene myself in the 90's, but I certainly didn't go around in that (or danced pointlessly on the streets!). I was usually dressed in white with few other accessories (maybe some translucent marks on the T-shirt etc.) and a single light stick. And I reserved the dancing for the huge halls, of course.

    Those guys just seemed like misplaced goth rockers.
