Brrrrrrrrrrr
When I flew from Australia to New Zealand it was very stormy and was quite disconcerting feeling how much a 747 can be thrown around in the air, a woman in the middle aisle was clutching a bible, crying her eyes out and many others were looking very nervous, I don't mind admitting that I felt pretty unnerved myself. However, the worst turbulence I ever felt was on a flight from Malaga in Spain back to the UK but oddly enough ( and due to the earlier experience ) I kind of enjoyed that one
How about you D, ever had a scary flying experience?

Well, being in the Mediterranean, our short distances and very smooth weather changes thankfully don't supply room for much aero-adventure; the most creepy thing i can say though is that i flew 4 times from Thessaloniki to LArnaca and back (and the last one was 2 months prior) with the crashed aircraft of Helios Airways, this Boeing 737 here, registration number 5B-DBY.

Ah yes. I remember that well and the fact you flew on the very same plane numerous times.....very grim.
My friends father died in a plane crash in Nepal back in the early 1990's ( I'm sure you'll know what I'm talking about!? ), I try not to mention Nepal too much around him seeing as his dad never got to live out his dream destination

Yeah, very chilling. I should point out though that I didn't know my friend when this happened and it came to light when I first met him, I was talking about how wonderful Nepal was and he told me he'd just returned from Nepal, "did you enjoy it?" I asked, to which he tells me the story and how he was there to make arrangements for the return of his fathers body. Not exactly the idea way to form a new friendship I'm sure you'd agree!?
As for the Malaga flight there isn't really much to tell except that it was extremely turbulent, the plane felt like it was skimming boulders and kept dropping in altitude, a lot of people were looking uneasy but the stewards were calm so I thought if they're calm then why should I worry and just enjoyed the ride

I've been in turbulence before, but not anything severe yet. It always baffled me though how people crap their pants when the plane shakes a bit and pay dozens of dollars to get into the horror trains in the luna parks!

I can never remember these things, it seemed an older plane and the company was MONARCH.

I think the first one, A321, the flight was in 1999. You should become an FBI profiler D
