The United Nations sure as hell don't seem to think so!
Sorry mate, as so often before in history, Poland is NOT supposed to make up its OWN mind!
We'll do that FOR you!

Is anyone playing anything or are we just going to fill this thread up with off topic stuff?

Nope. We're just getting off topic all over the place.

NP There Will Be Blood (Jonny Greenwood)
This thing is getting on my nervs. I´ve always found quite depressing and unlistenable an only string driven score, and this one is of that kind....it really makes me go nuts. I was looking forward the movie (I love PT Anderson´s "Magnolia"), but if all the music is like this then, well, I prefer to repeat AVP2. A score which will never listen again.
Sounds just like the kind of score i'd love then!Love Maintitles. It's full of Wanders. -

NP: Army of Two - Trevor Morris
This is pretty much exactly what you would expect from an RC action game score. If you liked Rupert Gregson-Williams's Battlefield 2: Modern Combat, then this will be your cup of tea.
Although, if you have a powerful enough subwoofer, it might spill your cup of tea.
Update: This score (this is my 3rd listen) is also more melodic than the typical action game score...there's hardly a moment when one little motif or another is not carrying the momentum forward
Excellent! I was already looking forward to that but now that i've seen it mentioned along one of my favorite game scores ever, it's a sure-get situation! Await my comments pretty soon!Love Maintitles. It's full of Wanders. -

NP: Sea of Dreams - Luis Bacalov
Purchased solely on the opinion of Demetris
It sounds like Morricone! Well not quite, but here are some composers that have a certain...European sound that you rarely hear by American composers, and its definitely here.
So, any updates mate? When given time and space to breath, this score ended right up my top-played 2007 scores, it's so pleasant as a listening experience!Love Maintitles. It's full of Wanders. -

NP: Jane Eyre — John Williams
It's been some time since I listened to this enchanting album myself.
Revisiting it now, and my GOD but this is the Williams I love.
What an absolutely gorgeous score. The main theme just flows and flows as naturally as any stream, and it's pure beauty. But the whole album comes together so beautifully: it's put together so well, and with such a wealth of material.

Hope it didn't scare you sweety! I read it was 84km down in the earth so despite the fact that it was felt throughout the entire country, it was thankfully not severe enough to cause significant damages and none got hurt. Is that true?

Yes it's true!Thank God nobody was hurt but it was a bit scary because of the prenious earthquake in 1999 in Athens when a lot of damage was made and many people died. But now we're ok!We just woke up in an intense way!Whatever you gaze rests on,do not use your vision, but the eyes of your soul...She knows better... -

Not sure what to think of this score yet...I woke up to it this morning but fell asleep while listening to it (which doesn't mean anything one way or the other, it just meant i was sleepy :D )
Not playing anything right now...I'm listening to the middle school 'worship' band at church (because I'm their audio/video technician) and....well let's just say its not as pleasant as listening to a film scoreI love you all. Never change. Well, unless you want to! -
