I'm glad the suggestion of superglue was made. It far surpasses my own idea of staples.

    Get well soon!
Flu was here too, in the house. I didn't catch it (yet, but I assume it's already on the way out). I only had the flu-legs, if you know what I mean. Very heavy painful legs and I can't keep them still in one position. I slept a very long night though and woke up full of energy! Sleep can do wonders.

    Time of the year perhaps?

    What's annoying me today

    - I can't turn the sound off in this programme called WorkPace. Because I play music on the laptop very loudly with the speakers and the sound in this WorkPace is 10x louder than the sound of the MediaPlayer, you can imagine what happens each time... each Micropause means a heart attack. But at least I will die without RSI then.
    wink

    - my cursor is jumpy. Suddenly my sentences continue in the middle of another sentence??

Should've taken some sun-cream with me too.

Apparently your cursor has multiple heart attacks? wink

I hate Workpace. Tried it for a week, and it was driving me round the bend.
What I found though (it's been implemented in the Shell environment, so I have plenty material to compare), is that it really doesn't do much to prevent RSI: if you're RSI prone you'll get it it regardless of how many microbreaks you take. sad

Just make sure you get up to get some coffee (or whatever) regularly, that your SEAT and ARM RESTS are adjusted well (knees and lower arms both in 90 degrees angle), and you should be OK.
Switch off that damn program if it annoys you!

I know I don't take care of myself enough. I'm sitting at the dinertable! That's really too high for my arms. My feet are on two 'Bosatlassen' books so that's alright. Funny thing is, apparently I already avoid most microbreaks naturally because I'm not using h
