The Kleftico I made turned out awesome I served it with Greek salad and new potatoes.
I think this meal would go down a lot better in the summer and I'll be doing it again. On Friday I ate a lot of dust and appeared orange near the end of the day ~ Bregt -

It's been the big pasta day today. Pasta for lunch at work (witch chicken) and pasta for dinner (with canned ham, mushrooms and carrot). Which wouldn't be too bad if I had managed to drag my ass to the gym. Unfortunately, I didn't. Too tired.I am extremely serious. -

I'm not one of those fellows that eats meet every meal, but I love meat.
I just had a delicious medium rare steak for dinner.

All those are wonderful. Especially with a filet mignon with bacon wrapped around it... or a burger.
Though milk is not a favorite of mine. :/ -

Unless you consider the milk and eggs, I am vegetarian. We do take health supplements to avoid nutrient deficiency and get check ups time to time. -

Though there are specific vegetarian foodstuffs which I love (tofu is great!), I'm by no means a vegetarian.
I have cut down on meat over the last years, but that was purely a financial decision.
