Magnificent!
Couldn't have said it better myself.
Don't give me that!
You could have said it better and it would have included the words "rare" and "beauty"On Friday I ate a lot of dust and appeared orange near the end of the day ~ Bregt -

Baby: Secret Of The Lost Legend Jerry Goldsmith
First listen (though I'm familiar with the theme). Seems promising so far!
All I could ever hope for in a Goldsmith score! -

You're not kidding. I've been familiar with Prague's version for a very long time, but only today have I heard the original.
I know many don't, but I LOVE 80s Goldsmith synths! -

I hope not. I'd much rather look cool in the eyes of my fellow geeks that let them know of this truth... -

I was playing: alien 3 (Goldenthal)
Some good tracks, but a lot of nothing-happens stuff.
Adagio is impressive, thought. I love Goldenthal sound .
NP:Baby (Goldsmith)
Some annoying synth, but with the Goldsmithan nostalgic feeling, a lot of Rambo and Some Mulan makes this score interesting enough -

Blue Lagoon - Basil Poledouris
A beautiful love theme compliments lots of very nice orchestral writings from this late composer. -

NP: Traffic
Except for the last annoying track, it's another mind blowing Martinez score.
I love it.
I will play: Banckok dangerous
I really like this score. In my oppinion much, much better than Eagle Eye.
Thouching, mind blowing and action packed. Too much Trevor Rabin-esque action tracks, but overall a great Tyler score.
A great fusion of styles. -

The end title piece is awesome. One of Goldsmith's finest synth-dominated efforts. (Actually, one of the finest synth-dominated efforts.) -

NP: Batman: Mask of the Phantasm - Shirley Walker
So richly dark yet colorful.
Like Batman The Animated Series but with a larger orchestra and choir.
Release the complete score someone please!!! (I don't mean a bootleg. I have that) -

I agree. Although not sure if i like it more than Eagle Eye, Bangkok Dangerous' sentimental and melodic parts with the varicolored styles crossed with the bombastic action cues of Eagle Eye, would make the perfect Tyler score!Love Maintitles. It's full of Wanders. -

NP: Two Mules for Sister Sara (Ennio Morricone)
A more laid back western score, occassional suspense and the flute instead of the harmonica, and you have Morricone that easily fulfils another listenwaaaaaahhhhhhhh!!! Where's my nut? arrrghhhhhhh -

A gorgeous Yared score. It's a shame it now seems like he isn't in regular demand to score semi-prestige films like this one anymore.A butterfly thinks therefore I am -

Couple of tracks from THE WRESTLER (Clint Mansell)
A disappointment. Too many electronics, too many guitars, no orchestral or organic elements, mostly suondscapes. I am wondering if Mansell will soon be able to even reach the levels of THE FOUNTAIN.Love Maintitles. It's full of Wanders. -

Not that he could do much more though; there´s very, very few original score in the film.Anything with an orchestra or with a choir....at some point will reach you -

First listen. This promo/bootleg/whatever-it-is comes to a nice healthy 45 minutes. The first track is vintage 80s Horner! -

Snow Falling on Cedars (James Newton Howard)
Beautiful, simply moving atmospheric score, one of his very best. I like Howard's scores that show personality, that stand out from the crowd with an original sound, like this one. From Tarawa until the end it shows James' most mindbogglingly gorgeous writing."considering I've seen an enormous debate here about The Amazing Spider-Man and the ones who love it, and the ones who hate it, I feel myself obliged to say: TASTE DIFFERS, DEAL WITH IT" - Thomas G.
