    Six season teorie based in some spoilers (wich I will not say)






    After flashbacks, flasforwards and time travels...This will be the season of the alternative realities. We will see our "friends" in an alternative present where the oceanic 815 didn't crash.

    Great, that's even weirder than time travel. But I suppose it explains how they're going to be able to bring back loads of the cast. If you ask me, this show is just turning into Fringe. slant

    First of all, love the new season poster - thanks Anthony!

    Second of all, thanks for the theory Nautilus but I feel you kinda ruined it now if that's indeed what happens and it's not just a theory smile

    Thirdly, crazy thing happened the other night (before I read the above post), I had a dream about Lost season 6 (yes, I'm a psycho):

    Jack and Kate were off the island raising Aaron, the date was 22 Sept 2004 (date of the plane crash) but they could remember everything! Locke and Sawyer were sort of the "bad guys" and were trying to get them to come back. The smoke monster was also prominently present, which turned into a giraffe at some point - now that's a bit weird! tongue

    Last point: If this is indeed what happens, ie. the plane never crashes on the island, then I see several holes to the story already. How are all the things that have happened so far (and haven't been explained) going to be explained? eg. Cindy joining the Others, Claire walking out on Aaron, Christian, Walt being "special", the whispers, the dead people showing up randomly, how the Others knew so much about the Losties (something which Juliet could have explained so far) and so on...

    That would seriously be a bad move after the time travel I think. That would be so easy, and explain a lot by not explaining anything. I agree with your last point Greek, it wouldn't make sense. Unless those things also happened in other universes. But yeah, sense it does not make.

    If the alternate universe thing is true then it'll likely turn the opposite way around by the end of the season and they'll be trying to cause the crash or something...

    ...oh I long for the days where they were just exploring abandoned Dharma stations again. sad

    Yeah but Walt used to be a regular cast member and also if everyone else is coming back, even the dead ones, then why not Walt? Especially since his backstory still hasn't been told.

    As for Penny, well since they threw everyone else in there, I was hoping Penny will be back too smile

    Utter crap. Nothing happened, the crash didn't happen and hints like that which will eventually prove to be something entirely else, etc etc :sigh:

    A brilliant theory of why a reset can't happen. This is the kind of weird Lost stuff that would make fantastic viewing.

    - Oceanic 815 never crashes
    - Having never been there, the Oceanic 6 don't leave the island
    -5 of them therefore don't go back, so Jack et al don't end up in the 70's and neither do Sawyer and everyone else that was left behind
    - Therefore they can't cause a reset, so Oceanic flight 815 crashes when Desmond fails to push the button in time.

    So as 815 never crashes, they can't avert 815 from crashing, therefore it always crashed. dizzy cool
