    But yeah, it felt like they took everything exciting that could happen in both semifinals, shoved it into Germany and left nothing for the other three teams.

  14. Don´t expect too much. The 2nd half finale was a snoozer because both teams were defending like hell.

    Germany got so many goals because Brazil defended... not.

    When we have to play against a team that closes those spaces well enough we HAVE problems getting through, so I wouldn´t expect a similar experience. Our match against Algeria (it was as if they had build a wall or something) came close to be a desaster.

    I honestly don´t know what to expect for Sunday. I hope our team wins, of course, but they are always good for surprises, both good AND bad.

    Nah, i think that because everyone is heavily stressed against Germany in this world cup, they (Argentina that is) will be screwed over in the final as well.

    I agree with all of this and I don't think anyone is expecting Germany to eviscerate Argentina the way they did Brazil (or, indeed, the way they did in 2010 wink ). And the other semifinal proved that Argentina's defense is solid. Nevertheless I've got a good feeling about this final. Even if it goes to penalties - when has Germany ever been bad at those?
