I stayed out for a few days and so many posts in this thread! dizzy

I'm looking forward to Angels & Demons (score, not the film), but I have much higher expectation for this wink

Romantic comedy + a businessman + a baseball player...? Can I expect the return of A League Of Their Own-ish energetic yet emotional Zimmer score? lick

Let's hope that Zimmer is really going to score new James L. Brooks film!

    Thanks. Where are these from?

The "science and religion" cue looks like a killer!
Love Maintitles. It's full of Wanders.

  2. I think it is the right length

But of course I'll wanker aplenty when I will find out my favorite cue will be missing from the album wink

Goodness me. I hope I'm not in the room at the time.

(By the way, how do you know it's the right length? For all we know, the score might consist of 30 minutes of good music and 30 minutes of shit, in which case it isn't. And there may be 90 minutes of great music in the film, in which case it also isn't. How can you tell it's the right length just by looking at the tracklist?)

of course we don't know, I'm just glad it isn't 80 minutes which is too long for most albums, here of course I'm making a guess

but for an album's listening pleasure, I think 80% works fine on an album this long

    +

Isn't wanker a word they also use for someone's who's whining?

I know that, you don't have to tell me that

but I hear in a lot of movies or shows, you wanker (referring to someone who's complaining a lot)
I think I'm very accurate in this

And of course I meant complaining, not jerking around wink

Dissapointed with a score with so few number of tracks, and with a 52 minutes realease. Let's hope all the music is worth it.

It seems an step back from da vinci code. But it's just the track list...

Hmm... I was hoping for a somewhat even more generous running time then DVC, so it's a bit of a downer. Plus, the final tracks are on the short side; could this suggest we're not ending with a climax like Sangreal? However, the short amount of cues and the long general running time is great and just the way every album should be cool

There's serious and then there's SERIOUS and then there's SERIOUS which seriously means that Jordi was seriously serious about being serious if you can seriously believe anyone can be serious in their serious belief of Zimmer as a serious composer that should be taken seriously as a serious composer who any serious person should seriously take with a serious pinch of salt.
