I bought the original THE LION KING Soundtrack, and Shirley Walker is not credited. But in the Complete realease there are plenty of Bird on a Wire/ Backdraft moments.

Does anyone knows if she is credited somewhere? Because i always thought Bird on a Wire and Backdraft was 50% from Walker.

I still don't understand why Shirley Walker would be credited? I never thought that BOAW or Backdraft was cowritten with Ms Walker either.

I haven't seen it, but the score is by Zimmer, Powell, and Henry Jackman, according to Annie Awards. They won. punk

    Thanks smile

It just so happens that NBC is playing it later tonight, so I plan on watching it. I'm sure I'll love the music if it is anything like the music in Kung Fu Panda. And I'm sure it won't ever get a release sad

Complete transcription of the end credits here. No Shirley Walker. I've never heard she has something to do with TLK... Why is it so surprising that a Hans Zimmer's score sounds like other Hans Zimmer scores? dizzy

But as far as I know, Alex Wurman is not credited both on album and movie but he did additional music on TLK. (Whatever he did.)
