    I'll put this here since the cat was thankfully rescued:

    A cat that wandered into a Fife rescue centre with a can stuck on its head has left staff wondering how it reached them without being knocked down.

    I am. The only thing that disappoints me is the loss of Adobe Audition. Well at least it is still on the old computer but I can't transfer it.

    Cats are territorial and Gomez is feisty so yeah, he occassionaly returns with battle wounds but he has a friend or two as well. We have a catflap so he comes and goes as he pleases but he tends to stay in a lot more these days, he's getting older, he'll be 14 this year.

    Is that old? Here in Norway, there was a cat who was the same age as me just a year ago or (31 at the time). I think he's dead now, though.

    14 is cat middle-age. They generally grow to be 18-19. 20-21 is quite old, but certainly not uncommon.
    31 is absolutely ancient!
