It's definitely a joke. It's coming off the heels of this new Bible-for-your-Xbox360 malarkey that, unfortunately, isn't a joke.

    Bananas: An Atheist Nightmare

    Fuck. face-palm-mt

As is explained in this rather shocking article, bananas 'were selectively bred over time by humans to attain their current "intelligently designed" form. Wild bananas (below) contained large seeds, were not "made to sit comfortably in the human hand", nor did they have the "pointed tip for ease of entry".'

Looks like he's enjoying it though.

I'm just amazed by those cute noises turtles make when they make love. I've seen alot of turtle porn on youtube recently, and it's alot of fun.

Yep, that's a classic. It's hilarious, but also rather scary that there are millions of christians who swallow this stuff uncritically.

Here's another hilarious creationist classic: Peanut butter: The atheist's nightmare

Not that scary. I don't go out of way to find these things, they pop up on my live feeds in Firefox (I have BBC news and New Scientist feeds. That's it.)

    Spot on. slant

"The entire food industry...of the world...depends on the fact that evolution doesn't happen."

    Hallelujah. I'm convinced!

    Oh wait.
    No, I'm not.

(But to be fair: that may have a lot to do with the fact that peanut butter is used extensively in fundamentalist Christian plots...)

Well you wouldn't expect that people who are stupid enough to believe this crap (not all Christians, but these specific people alone, most of them sadly found in narrrmmeaaan 'merica) are actually researching and reading or even have the common logic and knowledge to actually know such differences, would you? wink

I don't know where it originated from, what i mean is the annoying Californian / hollywood trademarked american way of talking as expressed by the queen of Crap, Paris Hilton and co and which we all have the blessing to be annoyed by.

    [edit]
I saw your edit, i was pretty sure lot of americans use the "you know what i mean??????????????????" phrase a lot too ?
