- Comment Only a clip of the movie which it has a I Am Legend vibe, which it fits for the story. JNH wrote 80 minutes of music on four weeks (the CD only has 43 minutes of music), and the Lionsgate production notes has listed orchestra and choir, so I'm sure that the score will be the likes of the ...

- Comment Funny but it doesn't sound too much like a remix like I was afraid of. I agree, the choral work it doesn't sound typical (a couple of "ooh", "aahs" with a terribly low mix that makes that you can't hear it). Zeus In The Underworld creeps me out. Also, I like the main theme.

- Comment NP: The Lorax - John Powell I'm surprised on how different this sounds from Horton Hears A Who. Sure, it has some bits representing the wackiness of Dr. Seuss's characters, and Powell uses again the harpischord and saxophone represent The Lorax (previously he used it to represent the Whos). But ...

- Comment I think that Anne's music highlights the basket scene like a battle and the triumphant bit highlights the joy of the winners, and it was neutral to what's the reason of the game what did the winner achieved.

- Comment http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hXv-fBxfpzs&feature=related This is really composed by Desplat? I've read that he made music for the cutscenes of Splinter Cell for the PS2/Gamecube versions. Since that, the game had cutscenes directed by the same guy from Hostage. This one it's his music: ...

- Comment Thank God they announced the score release. I hate that they're putting the attention to the "songs from District 12" disc instead of the score. At least, we know that JNH's music is the only music that it's going to be on the movie.

- Comment Rise of the Planet of The Apes is way better than Thor. Unlike Thor, the music was not made to sound like Zimmer. Doyle talks about how he approached the score on the liner notes, with the electronics for the science of the movie, the percusion (including cage slams) and African choir for the apes, ...

- Comment NP: Red Tails - Terence Blanchard This is not for everybody. Kind of awkard to hear synths and guitars in a score for a WWII movie. But other than that, it's a great score, and it was about time that Blanchard was able to show what he was able to do with full orchestra and choir. He does better ...

- Comment NP: Anonymous I love the cello solos and the choral material (reminds me a lot of The Secret In Their Eyes), and the two themes played beautifully (the gorgeous Edward's theme, and the Shakespeare theme). Though the chronolical order is terrible (the fifth cue it's the last one of the movie).
