Do you not like his music or is it because he resembles the sort of thing that normally breathes through gills on its neck?

I liked how his repeated arrivals on that BBC musical talent show were accompanied by a burst of The Phantom Of The Opera organ music on the soundtrack, which had the unfortunate effect of making him look like a monster in a silent movie, which isn't hard of course.

That's entirely songs. Although one track has vocals and trance. biggrin
BTW Javed Akhtar is the lyricist. S-E-L are the composer trio.

    RP:
Basil Poledouris - Conan The Barbarian
    John Murphy - Millions

I knew it was not really a score and that Akhtar was the lyricist, but I couldn't resist this one euro offer.

I might, then again I might not. But a 8/10 Dutch score does deserve a review, doesn't it?

Check out Lakshya by S-E-L. It has a couple of score cues I really liked, though I'm surprised half of the main theme is directly from the Fellowship theme of LoTR! Shame some of the really cool action cues from the movie (along the lines of Black Hawk Down) were left unreleased.

    - The Visit (with score by the following composers: Ramsey Lewis, Wallace Roney, Michael Bearden, Stefan Dickerson and Stanlet A. Smith) *second copy
    - A.R. Rahman's 1947 Earth + Anu Malik's Chehraa (on 1 disc) *first copy

Bought in London in those cool old stores with more vinyl than anything else, in Berwick Street, close to Oxford Street. It's full of music stores, which mainly focus on vinyl. I saddened me I don't have an LP, but well, I bought the following cd's quite cheap, though somehow I should have bought more

John Barry: 40 Years of Film Music

The Man with the Golden Arm - Elmer Bernstein
(this is the most awesome cd I bought since El Cid! What a great theme)

And two rare Sigur Ros cd's. shame
