    Well, what is the Maintitles community doing tonight? I'm staying home again but I don't mind it. My best friend was here in teh afternoon so my mood is considerably better. My baby is online and I don't fell alone and I've to decided to cook mushrooms and watch "The Nightmare Before Christmas"on DVD. smile

    I'm staying home after a full-out night on the town yesterday. I'm sure the city is full of drunk ghouls and witches and vampires and what-have-you tonight, though....it's really curious how the American Halloween phenomenon has gained a foothold in this country too. Personally, I shun "Halloween parties" like the plague. I don't like to don a costume and make an ass out of myself unless I'm acting in stageplay or film or something.
    I am extremely serious.

    Thank God this crap hasn't reached us here yet.

    I am staying in too, my babe is with her father at home, i am watching some tv tonight and listening to music. Outside it's very cold too...inside is cozy!

    I had a random night out in Cambridge yesterday. It was at a house party made up of friends from home and some of their uni mates. After quickly realising all the uni girls were trying it on with every guy there (read: sluts), a friend and I decided to venture out in search of a better night out (read: otherwise STDs waiting to happen).

    We soon discovered a pub with live music on and had a drink in there. Upon closing we decided to go back to the house to see if things had calmed down a bit. We walked past a Domino's pizza where we saw two girls arguing in the window. Suddenly one picks up a half full pizza box and throws it right in the other girls face. A direct hit, right in the eye, and pizza went flying everywhere. My friend and I just burst out laughing in the middle of the street.

    Later we were at some traffic lights when a superbike pulled up. While he was waiting for the lights to change a dirtbike comes up alongside him and the rider started revving the engine wanting to race. Without the superbike rider even giving him look, as soon as the lights turned green he was gone in an instant and the dirtbike was still at the lights. Another epic amount of laughing.

    Luckily by the time we got back to the party it was just finishing up, and we all started heading off to another house to sleep at, although another mate had got a little too friendly with one of the uni students and stayed (read: gutted).

    After arriving at the second house and destroying a poster of Dizzee Rascal by throwing cocktail sausages and other assorted party food at it we finally hit the kip at about 5am. Considering to get back home today it took me four hours and four separate train journeys including the London Underground I'm not feeling that bad. But I think I'm going to give these partys that are half way across the country a break for a while...

    The pool contest was played at such a breakneck speed tonight that a second pool contest was played, this was good because...

    1. I got beat in the semi-final of the first contest.

    and...

    2. I WON the second contest and beat the guy who beat me in the first round ( again in the semi-final ) cool

    It was a 100% certainty that Tim would win the final as my opponent who I'd never met before shared the same name cheesy

    Ant, that was hilarious! wink On the dirtbike vs superbike thing, if a car cut-off the superbike 50 meters down after the green light, the dirtbike would be the one laughing his ass off though wink

    What a great reunion! Everybody was like I remember them to be/look, and it was like we had seen each other last week! Probably the fact that we spent the whole childhood together helped creating that feeling. Most of the girls are still quite hot after all this years by the way (too bad most of them are now married). Certainly one of the best reunions I´ve ever had.
    I feel a bit sad and nostalgic though. Lots of memories concentrated in one single night.
