It says that to book a triple room you have to add 24€ per night, so, a triple room is 90€ per night. Also, after you´ve paid the formality, let the organisation know (via mail) that you´ve booked a triple room.

    So, summing up:

Double Room: 66€ / night (you only have to pay in advance, as a formality, 3,92€ per night).
Triple Room: 90 € / night (you only have to pay in advance, as a formality, 5,32€ per night).

Type "2" in the text box under "Nº Reservas" ("Nº Reservas" would be "Number of Rooms").

    "Entrada" is the check-in.
    "Salida" is the checkout.

    Then click "Reservar".

Don´t forget the 3,92 € (per room and night) you have to transfer to the festival account.

By the way, I find it RIDICULOUS that the hotel reservation page isn´t fully translated to english rolleyes

Totally right, I´m sadly disappointed about the knowledge of english among young people / public services in Spain.

Having been to Spain many times I've always found communication difficult but can just about get by with a phrase book. In my experience Spaniards are friendly and helpful but finding an English speaker is like trying to find a bacon butty in a kibbutz wink

Considering I have future plans for South America I should learn to speak Espaniole.

So doing that will reserve two double rooms and then I have to pay 3.92 per room per night or 3.92 per room PER PERSON per night and then send more money to the account I booked the tickets with?

    YES,..

    Anthony wrote

....then you have to pay 3.92 € PER ROOM PER NIGHT (so, for example, IF you book two rooms for three nights, then it would be 3.92 € x 3 (nights) x 2 (rooms) = 23.52 €).

    Anthony wrote

yes, send these 23.52 € (or whatever the amount is, depending on the number of nights) to the account you paid the registration to.

Then an email to let the organisation know you´ve booked the rooms, and that should be all.

Marcel - more help needed. Why do the boxes with the dates have 10th July to 13th July by default? Is this wrong? In the boxes do I just need to put "2" under "Reservas" for number of rooms and "16th July" to "18th July" in the "MSG_F_ENTRADA MSG_F_SALIDA" boxes? This really is TERRIBLE service by the organisers.

    Is that page basically saying:

    Type of room: double
    Number of rooms: 2
    First night: 16th July
    Last night: 18th July

Can you only book double rooms on that page, not triple?

    Ok,

forget the dates appearing by deffault. Delete both of them. Type the date you are checking-in (I put 16-07-2009) under "Entrada" and the day you are checking out (I put 20-07-2009) under "Salida". And then click "Reservar". Then transfer the money and send the email.

Under Nº Reservas you have to put the number of rooms you are booking.

If you wanna book a triple room, you have to do exactly the same, so, put a "1" under Nº Reservas, then put tha date you are checking-in and the date you are checking out, click "Reservar", and then transfer the money and send the email. The only difference is that you have to transfer 5,32€ per night instead of 3'92€ per night.

Nice! In a day or two they should send you an email confirming your reservation, the same way they confirmed your registration.
