    Erm, i am not exactly sure confused I know people sending me emails about ukranian juicy babes coming onto my place for parties are classified as spam..but just that i guess wink

    Just believe me, Spam has NO PLACE WHATSOEVER on top of a pizza, and I'm pretty sure anyone here who knows what I'm speaking of will agree 100%.

    Ah, yeah. In Cyprus we call it poly-beaf. Don't ask me why. Anyway it was very popular in the army when i was in it too, in Cyprus and in most armies from what i know. It's a very nasty thing that should have never existed outside the army, in any form. I'm with you..i'm sure it'd taste like crap in a pizza!

    Exactly, it does have it's place as a food source sometimes but it should never have been on top of a pizza and I felt that the guys in the takeaway were taking the piss.

    I fired up my new laptop this morning and found out that the free wifi in the building has poor enough reception that it won't allow me to get on. Will have to look into it further.

    I had an espresso a few hours ago and now I cannot sleep. slant And on top of that my boyfriend got transfered to Rhodes!!! Damn!! I haven't seen him for a month and God knows when I'll see him again. cry

    Since my stroke and being told by the doctor that my intake of coffee would be limited to morning only I've slept a whole lot better. Plus when I do have that nice cup of coffee in the morning it really picks me up nicely and sure tastes good. It will take awhile so be patient. Having said that Coke, Mountain Dew, tea, also fall into the caffeine category. Caffeine like so many other things is a horrible addictive drug. As bland as it sounds drinking water is best.

    No, seriously, I always drink water throughout the day and I limit tea or coffee to one or two mugs per day.

    Not really. It's just because too much caffeine makes me feel nervy and edgy for no reason and I don't like feeling like that.

    I gave up sugar in tea about 20 years ago ( I used to have 2-3 tea spoons ), it's an odd thing, once you give up sugar you can never go back, even the tiniest amount in my tea and I can taste it and it's sickly and I have to throw it away.

    I'd like to try the 'Russian Caravan', where is it available?

    Hm. I just went from 3 spoons about 6,7 years ago to .5 (or 1, if it's a big mug, and then only with coffee).
    Can't really imagine going without (I love sweet! lick )
