The quality they've come out at is really shitty so I'm going to do some better ones:
Conan: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TMGmi6qXX3o
Conflict: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qMgY5nzC4RQ
The Final Conflict still gave me goosebumps! Cheers Anthony.
Was the musician playing the tubular bells right behind you?
Wow! Thanks for the clips Anthony. Awesome!Kazoo -

Well! We're back! I'm the silent member here who you can only meet on meetings of Main Titles! A reason to come right there!!
So, after an extended vacation in Spain thanks to French flightcontrol, I've just eaten my first real Belgian French (!?) fries since I got back. I needed that after so much "jamon"... sorry Marcell :-)
Highlights for me where:
- the nice company during the trip with Bob and Bregt, and the others in Ubeda.
- the big concert of Saturday night
- hearing Randy Edelman play Kindergarten Cop
- a very nice Munich by Lisbeth Scott
- seeing Michael Giacchino free in the wild!
- being on the Giacchino-family-video-album in an interview by Michaels sister
- getting every autograph I wanted (and believe me... that was not as easy as it sounds!)
- that the trip in whole, had an equal cultural part in it. It's not just music that makes the world turn you know.
- the excellent guiding skills of Bregt. He really arranged everything and had put a lot of effort in it. And, he was a great roommate too!
- the fact that a dammed church would not open for 12 day's in a row in Seville!! I really wanted to see that.
- I got to "feed the birds" as Mary Poppins would say at the Plaza d'Americana. Those killer-pidgins where trained!
- the ball's of Bob... (I will let him explain that one)
- the great (!) talent of Arturo Díez Boscovich. I can imagine he is a great inspiration of every orchestra he leads.
- visiting Naboo at 42 degrees... (not recommended)
- seeing the thermometer rise even further to 44 degrees...
and probably some other stuff I can't think of right know
Thanks everyone who was there!

Yup. Lots of music (film music as well as other types), lots of things visited, great travel companions, ...
Some others:
- Jordi's already classic phrase: "ups" while being tipsy
- the talks with Mario and Bob about differences between Belgium and the Netherlands, shade drapes, religion stuff, naranja, the similarities between West-Flemish and Andalusian Spanish, ...
- the constant "looking for shade"-mode we were in (well, except Bob, who apparently never had problems with 44 degrees)
- getting lost in the labyrinth of the Juderia quarters in both Sevilla and Cordoba, doscovering cosy squares and friendly places
- being surrounded by 2339 million olive trees
- the lemon ice drink in Ubeda
- being the only foreign person walking with a bunch of Spaniards at night through Ubeda, trying to figure out what they are actually planningKazoo -

At least your entry is good, mine is fanboy ramblings.
I also loved Bregt's use of swearing. When something cool or random happened he'd just come out with "FUCK!" from nowhere. -

In times of embarrassment, always remember me. It helps. I was being confronted by Giacchino's sister with the fact that we, the Dutch, lost the World Cup. On camera. Which is basically it. So much for my international career. -

I'll put Medal Of Honor up soon as it was imo the most impressive Giacchino piece. -

The last part, with 'Paestum Landing' plus choir is AWESOME! Oh, and I didn't know the suite was arranged and orchestrated by Chad Seiter. Kudos to him!

Nothing to do with this year's edition, but as this has been the year of the kazoo in Úbeda, here's the proof that the official maintitles gadget was played in the concert of the 2007 edition.
