I can't find any program of WSA.

I want to know if there is something else interesting beyond the concert.

And...Is there anything concret about the concert?

    thanks

Weather looks good (as in no rain) for the Spaniards in Belgium (Marcel and Jordi get a tour through Flanders because they stay a week).

Bring your coat though (if you can buy that in Spain).

I'll certainly bring one extra pair of shoes this time. Wouldn't want to repeat the pneumonia thing from last year, the effects of which I'm still feeling (you know, because I walked around in wet shoes for 3 days).
    I am extremely serious.

Anything with an orchestra or with a choir....at some point will reach you
  2. I hear the difference between Belgium and Spain must be about 20 °C about now, so yeah some extra clothing won't hurt. freezing

No, just shoes that can get a bit dirty. For a little walk. Not serious hiking obviously!

In the Ardennes there are good hiking routes, for several days.

Oh, sorry Bregt, I misread. My hiking boots would kill my feet walking all day on flat ground.

What's the difference between hiking and walking then? I thought hiking required a more effort (climbing, long, ...) then a walk (hence walk in the park).

Good question. And I'm not sure!?

Hiking is semi-climbing I suppose, having to navigate tough terrain, scrambling etc. The term in footwear is different, good hiking boots won't have as much give as walking boots with it's need to hold your ankles far more firmly.

  3. I would say that hiking boots need to provide good ankle support for going "off-road". Walking boots to me are more for comfort and for walking over good solid terrain.

Is there a list of composer attendees, Bregt? Though I suppose the only composers we'll see will be the ones at the press conference. (Which is probably reduced by one now?)
