    A new recording by the swiss virtuoso D'Alba. I've compared it to the Heifetz recording and definitely feel it has merit.

    Great Lenny Slatkin recording with Orchestre National de France. It doesn't get more 'pre-cursory' to film music than this.

    I remember when I first dicovered JMJ on a CAC that my big sisters's boyfriend had brought along when I was abount 10 years old. I new instantly, that this music would be with me for the rest of my life.

    We discovered JMJ about the same time, it seems. Today, I am a completist of the man and have seen him 5 times live.

    I like that Hooverphonic album too.

    It's been mentioned many times here by Lee ( LSH ) and myself but have you ever heard Zero 7's 'Simple Things'? For me it's one of the best albums of the 00's period.

    I am actually listening to the Hooverphonic album. I hadn't realised it had been mentioned here!

    Anyone familiar with the Icelandic group, Bang Gang? That was playing earlier. "Ghosts From The Past" is worth a listen IMO.

    The sound of this band suggests to me I would rather enjoy seeing them in a sad but unavoidable and highly ironic industrial accident where a sixteen ton supersmiley dropped on their tour bus.
