Or better yet: Turn off the TV and do something ELSE altogether.

Lie down on the couch and listen to some music (on earphones or through speakers)
    Make yourself a good meal
Go for a walk in the forest
Go to a café with a friend
    Go to the gym

As I've said before, I find it absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get bored. I NEVER get bored! I think the last time I got bored was as a small kid, but then you were being FORCED to do all kinds of boring things with your parents. Now we are adults and can do whatever we want! punk beer cool

I still can't speak with my normal voice and now I have bruises to complete the perfect picture of myself. My throat makes me cough and that doesn't help in breathing properly. That along with the fact that I had to work for many hours on the computer gave me a huge headache last night.I thought my head was splitting in two.So headache and not breathing correctly equals a blackout when you stand up from your chair.Guess who found herself on the floor not remembering how exactly...hence my bruised right arm.Thank God I don't have a headache anymore! How are the rest of you doing?Demetris how's your throat?Martjin are you feeling better?

If I had the money to see a top neurologist and more therapy it could get better. The brain doesn't know how to send the right signals to the leg anymore and there is some atrophy setting in plus old age, yikes! But my typing is still good, hurrah

    How does that happen Tom?
Is that a progressive neuronic defect?
    Or are these relapses temporary?

Best wishes at any rate!! wave You've already made such an amazing recovery!

I'm really not sure what is going on with the leg. I've learned the fine line over time that you exercise it just enough. Too much or too little has dire consequences.

So it's basically in your own hands then? Is that a correct assesment?
