I think it looks fine, although I agree with the text contrast thingie. Then again, I'm no expert in these matters.
    I am extremely serious.

Yes, thank you. Text contrast noted. smile

It's surprisingly easy to use premium themes - they are just like the regular ones only with more options, and the best ones will present everything to you in menus as well as giving great documentation so you can tweak to your hearts content!

The most time consuming thing I've found is working out where everything is. Rather than going "right, I want to change this" I need to work out what it is exactly and then where and what it's called in the menu. I'm sure you could do it!

Thanks for the feedback. I may try to revamp the site now that I have established the blog.

I really like the new site, Anthony. Especially cool to have MG's tweets on the front page - that way you know, there's always something new on the site smile Also I like the new look of it. One question though: The Google map on the Contact page - what address is that going to be? Or are you just going to remove that?
  2. I was listening to MOH: Underground (I've heard the first MOH last week, man what a great score it remains) and I've discovered already in the 2nd track the LOST sound, it's in the first minute. I never knew it was already hiding inside of him then. And strangely, I accepted it more then than now wink
    waaaaaahhhhhhhh!!! Where's my nut? arrrghhhhhhh
  3. I didn't think MOH:Underground was great back in the day... silly me... it's a great piece of work. Just not as all-round mindblowing as MOH and MOH:Frontline.

So you've started listening to the box dude? Just enjoy the music but if you stumble upon disc 7, use it as a frisbee. wink

let me guess, disc 7 is Djawadi? wink

For those that said Giacchino didn't have his own voice in the MOH days had no idea what they were talking about.

MOH: Underground remains to this day an excellent score and probably the most under appreciated MOH score written by Giacchino.

Couldn't agree more. You can listen to his own voice since the first Medal of Honor.

Honestly, if I had to choose, wouldn't know which one to pick. They are all excellent, and, IMO, the best music he has ever written.

  7. What a great surprise to find this available today:

    http://itunes.apple.com/us/album/lost-m … d551960444

It is an expanded version of the 15 minute suite found at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3W8hKKwy … r_embedded . It was recorded at the Eastwood scoring stage in direct collaboration with Giacchino himself.

I downloaded the MP3 that used to be linked on the youtube video about 18 months ago and have listened to it a huge amount. I listened to it just a few days ago ago and was amazed at how it distilled the emotion from Giacchino’s music to solo piano and the arrangement and performance frankly moved me almost to tears. This adds nearly ten minutes and at just £3.49 it's a real bargain.

A Twilight Zone Giacchino score? Sounds good to me! (And this coming from a die hard fan of Goldsmith's classic score for the film.)

I don't know if it's been adapted for the suite, but each time I Lost I'm always surprised by the number of notes I don't usually notice.

edit: that's pretty good sound quality for a phone!

Im so very hopeful Giacchino and Williams will be doing the score of Ep.VII
Since JJ is doing it, I cant see anyone else getting the gig.
