Ya, it is strange. I uploaded the Horner Suite 4 hours ago and there have been NO takers. Where is everyone today?

I don't think I have another album I've listened to as much as this one. And every time I listen, I love it just as much. Absolutely f---ing magnificent. -

I'm sure I wore it out on vinyl!?
No doubt in my opinion that it's a brilliant score.
NP : HOWARD THE DUCK - John Barry
A CDR from my old vinyl copy, an excellent score it is too!
Criminally short score! ( at least what is available )
EDITED TO ADD:-
NP : THE LEGEND OF THE LONE RANGER - John Barry
Corny title song though it's incredibly catchy, typical Barry score and I love it! Seen the ( extremely average ) film once and remember that a good amount of music wasn't released on the very short album ( less than 30 minutes ), I'd snap up an expanded release in an instance!
Who am I kidding? I'd buy the CD release of the old LP in an instant too!On Friday I ate a lot of dust and appeared orange near the end of the day ~ Bregt -

NP: Journey to the Center of the Earth (Andrew Lockington)
What a breath of fresh air. Although I don't know how much of the orchestral flair I should attribute to Nicholas Dodd, it sounds really, really good.http://unsungfilmscores.blogspot.com/ -- My film/TV/game score review blog -

Below average horror scoring
Funny thing that yesterday I listened Chris Young´s The Uninvited. Now that´s horror scoring at its best.Anything with an orchestra or with a choir....at some point will reach you -

NP - Anything that is ridiculously loud while playing Crysis.
AVPR, Eagle Eye, the score to Crysis: Warhead.
Funnily enough, I've got a hangover, which always seems to be when these scores are most appealing.
Edit: And I've managed to fit the opening title from Eagle Eye over the first cutscene on Crysis perfectly. -

Alexandre Desplat - Syriana
I love the movie and the score. So low-key, well-arranged and well-performed. Pretty theme, but it's the Middle Eastern aspects and electronics that make me like it so much.http://www.filmmusic.pl - Polish Film Music Review Website -

NP : UNTIL SEPTEMBER - John Barry
This score is absolutely gorgeous and yet seems to be very underrated, Barry at his romantic best, dare I say it, but I'd take this over Somewhere In Time anyday.

Gojira David Arnold
Say what you will about Arnold, he knows how to construct a score! This is one of those scores where I have to listen to it all the way through.... no individual cue-listening malarkey.

Please call it GODZILLA, this crappy pap doesn't deserve the title Gojira.
A good score, though I can't digest nearly as much of it as you can

Very true. But the score does!
(IMO.)

Not for everyone I guess. I DO have an unnatural love of Arnold's music to be fair.

Wonderful score for a piano trio, written for the Russian silent era film of the same name. I wish more scores were attempted with such humble resources. You can truly do a lot with three instruments.A butterfly thinks therefore I am -

NP: Many, many songs from animated films!
I'm preparing for my first presentation of my biological study (bird researching)... it's coming on the next Tuesday! I'm getting nervous, especially after I got a lot of criticism & advices from teachers and graduate students (very useful, thanks, but I wanted them a bit earlier!)
So I play more songs than scores for the past few days. The Lion King, Spirit: Stallion Of The Cimarron, Enchanted, The Little Mermaid, Brother Bear, Tarzan, My Neighbor Totoro... humming, whistling and singing along is the best way to make myself less nervous!
Rhythm Of The Pride Lands works best. Especially Jimmy Cliff's Hakuna Matata!
It means no worries, for the rest of your days
It's our problem-free philosophy
Hakuna Matata!
