Giacchino has confirmed Disney are not willing to spend money releasing any further soundtracks on CD and all future releases will be download only. Unfortunately Up was the first score to be affected.

Anthony, in which section of your Giacchino web can we find your "four trombones" work?
Anything with an orchestra or with a choir....at some point will reach you
  2. Or is it still on the Powell website?

It's offline at the moment. I need to go through it all again and tidy it up a bit. There are a ton of season 4 clips that I can now get from the soundtrack opposed to the episode rips and I've still go to do half of season five.

What do you need to know though as I might be able to help?

    Back by (popular) demand then.

    But there's a slight catch.

Looks like a CD of Up soundtrack has made its way to eBay. I'm not sure if it is a real, manufactured CD or not but the seller's 100% feedback status leaves some hope for its genuineness.

    Bidding has ended... sad

Though somehow I doubt if it's a genuine lossless CD; he lists it as a "complete score" while the listed contents are the same as the current release. Not everyone runs a spectrum analysis on their CDs either.

I wouldn't dare pay money for something that describes it as having "very good sound".

  3. He also scored two short films this year too.
The views and opinions of Ford A. Thaxton are his own and do not necessarily reflect the ones of ANYONE else.

It would be cool if one day a CD was released containing the various short film music, and also maybe the theme park music such as for the ride Space Mountain.

I really don't know much about him beyond his song parodies like Mickael Jackson's Beat It ( Eat It ) and Bad ( Fat ).

  5. He also parodied Coolio AND Weir's Witness in Amish Paradise. I think it's his best.

Didn't he also play in the Hot Shots movies?

I am not familiar with him either, as in more than just heard his name once or twice; what would you recommend? (and i am obviously not talking about Giacchino wink )
Love Maintitles. It's full of Wanders.
