Cool! Actually we got a glimpse of how would 24 sound given Callery a real orchestra in the first track of the seasons 4-5 cd.Anything with an orchestra or with a choir....at some point will reach you -

And on the game soundtrack. Lots of the cues from that are straight from the show and adapted for orchestra (although it still relies too heavily on electronics imo). -

Maybe the problem is he would need a BIG orchestra for the kind of music he composes for the show; so, more money...so, no real orchestra.Anything with an orchestra or with a choir....at some point will reach you -

Just do like Lost and rely heavily on the brass and strings and then get some percussion (heck, use electronics here) and maybe a couple of woodwinds. Infact, you can probably skip the woodwinds unless going for that big action movie feel. -

Sure it would, just switch out the trombones for trumpets and get some more violins opposed to double basses. Then of course throw out the angklung for some timpani. -

I've found another plothole almost as big as the how-did-Bill-and-Chloe-know-where-Renee-was-buried in season 7.
Season 5 episode 7. Jack and Curtis get to Rossler's penthouse where he's going to reprogram a chip to active the nerve gas canisters.
He has the chip hidden somewhere and Erwich is elsewhere cutting into the canisters to get the arming codes.
Rossler won't give up the chip until he's got his pardon, and he can't reprogram the chip until he has the codes anyway which are sent to him mere seconds before he his shot.
End of episode.
Episode 8. Curtis pulls a fully programmed chip (with tracker included) out of a bag and gives it to Jack who's about to pose a Rossler.
What?? -

Wow, great news about that Season 7 extra. I've always found it a pity that the recreated instruments on 24 weren't real, just imagine something like the orchestral version of the theme playing under all the episodes - what I wouldn't give for a similar version of "Closing in on Marwan"!
Two questions though: is this extra also available on the DVD, and, er, do you know how to rip it, Anthony? -

I don't think Jones is that great of an actor..she didn't really do anything for me in season 7 that made me like her - she was just a "normal" president (which we admittedly needed after one who was elected because he was the brother of the uber-prez and one who was actually a bloody madman)..but that's not the point! -

Yup, although I think season 6 was a step back. She wasn't un-attractive but it took a while to get used to her being brunette.
