"Miami International" is an explosive track. I LOVE IT!!! This and the African Rundown makes the album for me.
I can add "blunt Intstrument" , " City of lovers" and "the switch".

Side-studying those as part of the human perception systems, hearing, sight, psychoacoustics and psychophysics, There's some pretty nasty stuff going on as sudden hearing loss at random ages, with no warning and no apparent cause.Love Maintitles. It's full of Wanders. -

As almost every Vangelis album i think..it's very impressive to notice how his music is echoing so much to lots of people of various backgrounds and ages, and manages to sound diachronic on album, despite the fact that it's synth driven.Love Maintitles. It's full of Wanders. -

NP: The Ghost Writer (Alexander Desplat)
For those people who are only collecting the odd cue they like here and there from Desplat scores, but are unimpressed overall, there are a couple of cues they'll be grabbing from this one. 'The Truth about Ruth' and 'Chase on the Ferry' and the title cue will probably make the cue from this score. At times the score recalls Bernard Herrmann -- at others, Glass's Notes on a Scandal.
The sinister flute motif is a genius little idea... as ominous and secretive as the story needed it to be.
In a fine tradition of Polanski thriller scores... The Ninth Gate (Kilar), The Tenant (Sarde), Chinatown (Goldsmith), Death and the Maiden (Kilar), Rosemary's Baby (Komeda), etc...A butterfly thinks therefore I am -

I wouldn't say it's terrible, it's just not great.

Curly Sue - Delerue
Super charming score, and highly listenable throughout (except for two horrendous songs, and one semi-awful song. Please Ringo Starr, don't ever try to sing again). A must-have for anyone who loves the Delerue sound. It even has a couple of jazz cues I like, even though jazz usually irritate me.

Les roses de Dublin - Cosma
I adore the main theme, but really all the tracks from this score has something to offer. No random underscore, just lovely melodies. All sounding very irish, but with a clear Cosma sound as well.
