What if their opinion is that the earth is made of cheese?
It is only partially made of cheese. Mostly cheddar.
That actually explains a great deal of things I have never - until now - understood about life.I love you all. Never change. Well, unless you want to! -

NP: The Expendables - Brian Tyler
This is the first Brian Tyler score in a LOOOOOOOONG time that I've really enjoyed and made it past the first 3 or 4 tracks without shutting it off.

Extremely enjoyable. I didn't think Tyler would write anything this good again.
I only heard the first 2 tracks, but I definitely liked what I heard

NP: Agent Cody Banks - John Powell
It's shameful being one of Powell's best scores, if not the best at showing "his voice" that this still hasn't had a legit release. I'll be first in line if the day ever comes... -

But are those kids' opinions valid and right then?'no passion nor excitement here, despite all the notes and musicians' ~ Falkirkbairn -

Np: Vampires Suck - Christopher Lennertz
These parody movie are goddamn horrible but they somehow inspire Lennertz to write some of his most impressive music. This new vampire comedy is no different. Lennertz has written a massive, epic, gothic and romantic score with a modern touch. A surprisingly straight forward, serious, dramatic score

Maybe i am listening to something else? What i hear is standard Brian Tyler-isms, the staccato rhythms, the sampled choir along with the orchestra during the climatic crescendos in the same way he wrote for Dragonball, the standard instrumentation (orchestra, drums and electronics) and the same cool smoother intermediate tracks that were in Bangkok dangerous. Especially cues like 6,9,13 (among others) scream Tyler from a mile away. Enjoyable score but nothing special, imo, plus the orchestra in the opening cue sounds terribly synthetic, wonder if it was real orchestra or not.Love Maintitles. It's full of Wanders. -
