Btw are we sure Giacchino's the one coming up with those track titles?

From first hand experience... yes... him and Simonec. You should see some of the notes Simonec adds into the score to give the players a good chuckle.

In the beginning, especially during the SNL years, I didn't appreciate his humour. But now I think he is Goddamn hilarious. He has had a few misfires but usually Farrell gives me two or three genuine BIG laughs per film where even 5 minute after the joke or sequence has ended I'm still laughing my ass off, wiping away tears and clutching my soar belly. The sleep walking sequence in Step Brothers is one such example. Both my wife and I couldn't contain the laughter.

PS - I've gone back over Ferrell's time at SNL on You Tube and can't believe that his humour, for the most part, went over my head. But now I think it's some of the funniest stuff SNL has ever produced. Cow Bell is f'ing legendary as is celebrity Jeopardy.

I wish I could... but I don't remember... some were "dirty" others just play on words. This isn't an example per se but instead of f to play faster Simonec would write something like play really fucking fast

Budgetary cutbacks have meant major segments of Land Of The Lost have been made CGI-free, and replaced with scenes from the original TV series.

This is cool. It's a pic from the sessions of Sky High in 2005. I wonder if Giacchino's T-shirt was subliminally telling us about future gigs?
