    I have San Diego selected on my phone's weather app and I keep seeing there's fog listed. Do you get fog early in the day at all, Tom?

    You have those too in Norway? Over here we use them as pets. And they don't mind the slightly calmer climate and constant rain. The only downside is it costs a small fortune to feed them. sad

    No, they were in Norwegian newspapers.

    I could do with a little swapping, Bregt. But the chilly rain thingie that was in Ghent while we were there wasn't so thrilling either, I must say.

    Interesting no weather report for the past 16 days so it must be good for all. We're looking at 5 consecutive days of rain, unusual for San Diego.

  20. Looking nice?

    We have a covering at the moment but not too bad. The other day was funny. We had some hail overnight and everywhere was white. It looked like someone had just scattered a whole lot of polystyrene ball packaging all over the place.

    It's incredibly beautiful here, blue skies with fluffy white clouds and a significant amount of snow.

    I wish I'd thought about it earlier but today would have been a lovely day to take a walk to Clifton Suspension Bridge armed with my camera.

    There's a lot of snow here now, enough so that a 10 minute walk is a bit of an effort.

    I'm wondering what's happened to Thor? He was here in the North of England over the weekend, with airports and the like cancelling flights etc I'm wondering if he's stuck here in the UK? spin
