But if you can manage to register at the Dutch webshop, it will only cost you 5,99 euros for the cd and additional costs for shipping it; http://www.bol.com/nl/s/muziek/zoekresu … index.html

    Nightwing - Henry Mancini cool
Memories Of Me - Georges Delerue lick
Shoes Of The Fisherman - Alex North (the only North aside from The Agony And The Ecstacy I really enjoy!)
Shadow Of The Wolf - Maurice Jarre (came highly recommended. We'll see?)

Isn't there a saying a la "to go dutch!" when someone splits a bill? I think I've heard that. But I've always thought the Scots were the master cheapskates of our continent. smile

Yes, it is a common expression for splitting a bill.

*cough* 'Your'. *cough* (Remember, say 'you are' if you're not sure which one to use. Also, if you're going to hit me, don't hit me in the face. I'm far too pretty.)

Something with a new world and something with opening and eyes dizzy

Appearantly people also use sayings like ''as to pay the bill the German way'', ''English style'', ''like they do in it in Rome''.

Euh... well... about 230,- euro's (288 dollars) shame

I just take an amount of money with me, and when I'm there, I don't think about it as money. It's like a sum that has to be matched, estimating it with adding and removing cd's along the way dizzy

I didn't even do what I set out to do ('get more from Goldsmith'; 'pick a John Williams you don't know') rolleyes

    :raised eyebrow:

That's roughly 40 Euros PER CD...and I don't think I see any truly rare ones among them.
    Is this all you bought?
If so, they saw you coming, mate... slant

Not really. It's 230,- for 8 CD's, which makes it an average of 28,75 euro's per CD. And there are some between them that really raises the average, like: House of the Spirits (oop); Pet Semetary (oop); Alien 3 (oop, and desperately looking for it for quite some time). I (just) now realise I overpayed a lot on Hunt, though. Not that I payed a lot for it, normal cd price I guess, but I didn't realise you could get it so cheap on Bol shocked The rest is fairly averaged priced.

Sure, but I prefer my scores sealed and new, and they basically all are. I'm not going into all the details of the prices, I know I payed more than I could've, if I had a creditcard and such.

    Just bought:

    Atonement
    Beowulf
The Dark Knight (Bonus Digital Release)
The Day the Earth Stood Still (2008)
    King Arthur
    Knowing
    Lost (Season 1)
    Race to Witch Mountain
  5. I've just bought a couple of Godzilla titles:

Godzilla vs. Megaguirus - Michiru Oshima
The Best of Godzilla 1984-1995 - Various

Clips sounded good - and I thought that these would give me a good overview of the Gojira universe. Any other "must haves" from people?
